Getting Started

If you already have the Smooch snippet installed on your site, please remove it.
Once the Stackpile snippet has been installed on your website, add Smooch to your stack in the Stackpile Dashboard, add your App Token (see Settings on how to obtain this) and click on Install Smooch.
The Stackpile - Smooch integration will start then integration that you have installed with Smooch.
Settings
App Token You can find your Smooch App Token on your Smooch Dashboard under Settings > App Token.
Click on Copy to copy the token to clipboard.
