Crazy Egg is like a pair of x-ray glasses that lets you see exactly what people are doing on your website.

Crazy Egg is a user testing tool that gives you heatmaps, clickmaps and scrollmaps of your visitors interacting with your site. It helps you learn where your users are having trouble.

Getting Started

{primary} Important

If you already have the CrazyEgg snippet installed on your site, please remove it.

Once the Stackpile snippet has been installed on your website, add CrazyEgg to your stack on your Stackpile Dashboard, add your Account ID (see Settings on how to obtain this) and click on Install CrazyEgg.

The Stackpile - CrazyEgg integration will then start creating heatmaps, clickmaps and scrollmaps of your visitors interacting with your web pages.

Settings

Account ID (called Account Number in CrazyEgg)

You can find your Account Number on your CrazyEgg Dashboard under My Account > Account > Your Profile. It is a 8 digit number (leading zeroes must be included!), e.g.
